Sterling OMS

Responsibilities

• Drive technical delivery for given module work package complete work package oversee.
• Develop components of work package complete work package as per the client or project requirements for all the assigned deliverables .
• Modify complex systems or develop new sub systems and supervise work executed by team of Developers.
• Ability to understand business requirements and map them into Sterling OMS product.
• Own the design and delivery of modules.
• Work with the offshore team and facilitate the design and build of the modules they are responsible for.
• Build, unit test and review code and configuration.
• Configure the system parameters to get the designed flow behavior.

Required Skills

• Sterling OMS as primary skill.
• Must to have Knowledge in Sterling OMS.
• Proficient in Development tools, IDE and Java, J2EE, J2ME design patterns.
• Proficient in tools like Eclipse IDE, SoapUI.
• Expertise in SQL and usage of either Oracle Database or DB2
• Good knowledge of Unix/Shell Scripting.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology and tools like JIRA, SVN
• Senior knowledge of GitHub/Bitbucket.
• DB2 certified professional/Oracle DB certified professional.
• IBM certified Application Server/Oracle certified Application Server.

Required Experience

• With good experience in Sterling OMS.
• Experience in Configuration and Customization of Sterling OMS.
• Experience in working with Sterling Web SOM & Web Call Center modules.
• Experience in creating Technical design documents for Sterling OMS.
• Experience and understanding of in Production support and performance engineering.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
