Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assess manual processes and design efficient, modern alternatives to enhance operational workflows.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions to reduce manual tasks and improve service delivery.
  • Ensure seamless integration of all components within the automation system.
  • Utilize excellent debugging skills to resolve complex technical issues involving multiple system components.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to share ideas and solutions.
  • Engage with engineers in business units to creatively solve their problems and pain points.
  • Participate in a larger squad working together to build innovative solutions, balancing effort and complexity across a list of improvements.
  • Leverage modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD, unit testing, and test-driven development.

Skills Required:

  • Must-Have:
    • Strong hands-on experience with Golang in production-grade systems.
  • Nice-to-Have:
    • Proficiency in Javascript for frontend or scripting tasks.
    • Experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
    • Knowledge of Docker for containerization and deployment.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
