Staff Engineer

We are looking for a Staff Engineer to join a dynamic team and play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining complex enterprise-scale platforms and architectures. This is a hands-on technical leadership role that requires coordinating and reviewing the work of a technical team, as well as leading continuous improvements in software development and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data technology solutions and platforms.
Ensure adherence to Enterprise Architecture principles, standards, and high-level architectural approaches.
Mentor and guide technical teams, promoting best practices and methodologies.
Develop and promote standard operating procedures and policies for operating platforms.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or 12+ years of related experience).
Experience:
8+ years in designing, developing, and executing enterprise data technology solutions.
7+ years of experience in areas such as:
Multiple database systems (SQL Server, M365, Oracle, NoSQL).
Performance tuning, query optimization, and data warehousing.
Data transformation and movement using Informatica tools.
Analytics with BI tools such as Microsoft BI Stack, Qlik, IBM Cognos, and SAS.
Experience mentoring both technical and non-technical teams.
Familiarity with scripting tools (Batch, PowerShell).
Knowledge of Cloud (AWS/Azure), Big Data, Data Virtualization, and emerging technologies.
