Staff Engineer

Are you a tech enthusiast who thrives on building scalable backend systems, clean architecture, and mentoring fellow engineers? We're looking for a Staff Engineer ready to take charge of complex backend engineering challenges in a high-impact individual contributor role.

What You'll Do:
Design & implement microservices and real-time/batch APIs using Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django).

Lead backend architecture for distributed systems and data platforms.

Work on AWS-based cloud-native development including Lambda, EC2, RDS, S3, DynamoDB, Kubernetes.

Build robust ETL/data pipelines using Kafka, Airflow, Step Functions, etc.

Contribute hands-on while guiding juniors through mentorship and code reviews.

Ensure performance, observability, and security-first development.

What We’re Looking For:
6–8 years of experience in backend/data engineering.

Expertise in Python and cloud technologies (preferably AWS).

Strong system design skills, including caching, messaging (Kafka/Redis), and database proficiency (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch).

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
