Key Skills: VMware, Orchestration, Kubernetes, Control Plane

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain control plane services and compute infrastructure
  • Implement orchestration solutions to enhance performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Kubernetes and VMware technologies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to VM layers, OS, and kernel
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
  • Participate in the interview process to help hire top talent
  • Ensure adherence to software development and deployment best practices

Skills Required:

  • Deep expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration
  • Strong experience with VMware infrastructure
  • Proficiency in implementing orchestration solutions
  • Solid understanding of VM layers, operating systems, and kernel functionalities
  • Hands-on experience with designing and maintaining control plane services
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in complex compute and virtualization environments

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with control plane architecture and design
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure optimization
  • Familiarity with hybrid environments and cross-functional integration

Education: B.E. in Computer Science or related field
