We are looking for a Sr/Lead data modeler who has experience in Architecture ,designing and implementing data models using Oracle Cassandra, a distributed NoSQL database system. You will be responsible for creating logical and physical data models, defining data standards and policies, and ensuring data quality and consistency across various data sources.
- Has a good knowledge of TMForum Frameworx ( TAM, SID & ODA ).
- Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve domain data [Customer/LMS…etc ].
- Implement data solutions that are scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Assist in maintaining the integrity and security of the data and reporting environments.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into data models using Oracle Cassandra
- Design and develop data schemas, tables, views, indexes, and partitions using Cassandra Query Language (CQL)
- Optimize data models for performance, scalability, availability, and security
- Collaborate with data engineers, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure data integration and alignment
- Provide guidance and support on data modeling best practices and standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve data modeling issues and challenges
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in data modeling using Oracle Cassandra or similar NoSQL databases
- Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts, principles, and techniques
- Proficient in Cassandra Query Language (CQL) and data modeling tools
- Familiar with data architecture, data governance, and data quality frameworks and methodologies
