Requirements

Designation: SRE Engineer - strong technical knowledge in Azure and Networking technologies, troubleshooting skills and demonstrable experience.   Role: As a member of the SRE team, you will be responsible for delivering support for customers Compute and Network environments. This would include 24x7x365 remote support. You will be required to deliver timely and high-quality incident resolution focusing on root cause analysis, prevention, and ticket elimination.   Responsibilities: •          Operating system and run time patching and hardening for all generalize compute environments – RedHat Linux, Kubernetes, AKS, ESXi •          Operating system and run time patching and hardening for all networking equipment – Palo Alto Firewalls, F5 Loadbalancers, Arista Switches, Web Application Firewalls •          Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Activities – site to site quarterly failover and validation, Tabletop exercises •          Compliance Documentation Activities – PCI data creation, PCI data request collection and delivery •          Incident Handling – Fault isolation, Fault repair, Root cause analysis summaries   Required Technical Skills(Mandatory): Hands on working experience and knowledge in the below areas •          Linux, Puppet, Terraform, Kubernetes •          Azure : Azure Container Registry, Azure Kubernetes, Azure Key Vault, Storage Account, Event Hub, Cosmos DB, MySQL+Azure SQL Harness, MySQL+Azure SQL Redis, Elastic Search   Required Technical Skills(Nice to Have): Hands on working experience and knowledge in the below areas •          PagerDuty + ICM •          Python + NodeJS •          Grafana/Prometheus •          GitLab •          Analytical & troubleshooting skills •          Data Analysis
