Job Description: 
>> Hands-on experience in monitoring tools, observability dashboards (AppDynamics)
>> Hands-on experience in incident, change, and problem management using ServiceNow
>> Experience in Azure DevOps (ADO) including end-to-end pipeline setup and deployment
>> Working knowledge of telemetry/logs for behavior and pattern detection
>> Development of automation scripts (self-healing/recovery)
>> Development of telemetry/monitoring tools in AppDynamics (via pipeline stages), logging dashboards
>> Experience with production support and root cause analysis
>> Experience in cloud-based production
