The ideal candidate should have:

Client is looking for someone who is a Machine Learning Engineer. Have experience like this:

Industry machine learning experience doesn’t have to be healthcare
have successfully trained and deployed a population based or personalized ML / deep learning machine model (image, NLP, video, or audio) into production, with retraining capability
Hands on experience in ML learning DevOps and production environments with multiple model incidences or hierarchy of models
have strong experience with a high-level machine learning framework such as Tensorflow, Caffe, or Torch, and familiarity with the others
Knows the ins and outs of Python, especially as it applies to the above ML frameworks
Is up-to-date on the latest deep neural net research and architectures, both in understanding the theory and motivations behind the techniques, as well as how to implement them in the ML framework of your choice
Have great communication skills and ability to work with others
Is a strong team player
