Job Description:-
Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade integrations using Workato.
Define and enforce best practices for integration architecture, data mapping, error handling, and exception management.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable Workato recipes.
Develop and maintain integrations across platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, and other enterprise systems.
Oversee Workato environment management including version control, deployment, and monitoring.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and integration specialists.
Maintain documentation of integration architecture, processes, and technical specifications.
Ensure integration solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise IT standards.
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.
Evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve integration strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
6+ years of experience in systems integration or enterprise application development.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Workato including recipe design, custom connectors, and complex automation scenarios.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT), and data formats (JSON, XML).
Proven experience integrating systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, SAP, or ServiceNow.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
