• Ability to document technical processes

Specific Skills:
• Windows Server OS Support (2012-current)
• DNS/DHCP
• Understanding of CVE’s
• Simple SSO Queries/Changes
• Ability to follow complex technical “Methods and Procedures” documents
• Familiarity with ECM, Azure Identity, Basic GPO, Basic SCOM
• Knowledge of forensic tools such as AD-Audit/ELK is a plus
