Primary Skill sets
 
1. Strong expertise in Active Directory Management, including domain design, user management, group policies, and replication.
 
  - Proficiency in Azure Active Directory administration, including directory synchronization, single sign-on (SSO), and identity governance.


2. Messaging Administrator - Microsoft Exchange, Office 365
  - Design, implementation, and optimization of messaging systems
  - Implement and manage tools and technologies such as anti-spam filters, malware scanners, encryption solutions
  - Managing and Supporting collaboration platform such as Microsoft Teams, including user access, integration with other systems, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  - Closely work with Compliance team,ensure that messaging systems adhere to relevant regulations and internal policies.
  - Maintain up-to-date documentation of messaging system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
  - Incident Response and Troubleshooting.
  - Apply ITIL principles and best practices for IT service management.
  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
 
Advantageous having Secondary Skills Sets
 
- Multicloud skills – AWS, and OCI mid-level experience 
- Knowledge on vmware/virtualization platform and Backup/Disaster Recovery solutions.
