Position Summary:
· 5+ years of User Experience design in a corporate or agency context.
· Salesforce Service-Cloud platform experience with a deep understanding of out-of-the-box limitations and configurations is a big plus.
· Able to take a roadmap feature from ideation to future state - both for storytelling and for user stories.
· Challenge assumptions and push the team to be associate-centric and client-centric in their design and development of solutions.
· Translate insights into sketches, wireframes, and clickable prototypes when needed.
· Create user flows (at the feature level).
· Able to produce design work from sketches to detailed experience flows in Figma.
· Partner with the Solutions Architects to solve complex problems and translate them into usable components in SalesForce Service Cloud.
· Work with Miro Boards to facilitate ideation, flow analysis and ideations.
· Core interaction design skills, knowledge of human-centered design methodologies.
· Expert level knowledge of user interface design guidelines and standards.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
· Able to multi-task and juggle parts of projects as needed .

· Figma Wireframes & Prototypes to support development guidance and research needs
· Miro Boards to illustrate u ser -flows , Solution Design , ideations
