We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital products. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences that delight our customers and drive user engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create intuitive and user-centered digital interfaces. Responsibilities • User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Gather insights through methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing. • Information Architecture: Develop information architectures, sitemaps, and user flows to ensure logical and intuitive navigation within digital products. • Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize design concepts and iterate on user interface designs. • User Interface Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency in branding and adherence to UX best practices. • Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design choices and gather user feedback for iterative improvements. • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and graphic designers, to ensure seamless integration of design solutions. • Accessibility: Ensure that digital products are accessible to users with disabilities by following WCAG guidelines and best practices. • User Documentation: Create user documentation and design guidelines to facilitate efficient implementation of design concepts. • Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design. Qualifications • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must work within the U.S. • 5 years of professional work experience in the listed requirements Requirements • Experience: Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work and design process. • User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. • Wireframing and Prototyping: Proficiency in using design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
