Job Description:
- Performance Testing Expertise: Design, execute, and analyse performance test plans and strategies to ensure system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.
- JMeter Proficiency: Build, debug, and optimize advanced test scripts in Apache JMeter, simulating complex user workflows and transactions.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyse, and interpret test results to identify performance bottlenecks, including CPU, memory, database, and network-related issues.
- Tool Integration: Integrate JMeter with CI/CD pipelines and other tools like Jenkins, Grafana, or Prometheus for automated performance testing and monitoring.
- Load and Stress Testing: Conduct various types of performance testing, including load, stress, soak, and volume testing.
- Reporting and Documentation: Generate detailed performance test reports with actionable insights and recommendations for performance optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to define performance benchmarks and resolve performance-related issues.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Guide and mentor junior team members, sharing expertise in performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging tools, and techniques in performance testing to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Other tool Proficiencies: Exposure to other load test tools like Neoload, LoadRunner, Blazemeter will be an added advantage
- Experience with performance testing in mobile applications is a plus.
