Job Description :

Product Specialist and Tech Lead:

10+ years of IT experience in either the combination of Tibco + webMethods OR Tibco + IBM ACE
Tibco and ‘webMethods OR ACE’:
Experience in all the integration capabilities that Tibco offers i.e Integration, Messaging, Event Processing & Process Management
Having in-depth product knowledge of in the areas of:
Product architecture and the understanding of various components of the product
Product configuration through native APIs
Deeper understanding of application components like deployable packages, libraries & references, adapters, application configurations and limiting to these
Experience in designing, developing and testing integration services for various integration patterns like –
Request-Reply, Asynch, PubSub, Aggregation, Orchestration, Batch/File, REST API, EDA and not limiting to these
Have good hands-on experience in XML, XSLT, YAML standards
Have hands-on experience of performing reverse engineering of Tibco product stack through automation e.g. through scripting or AI modules
Have good experience in migrating Tibco artifacts to other similar product stacks e.g. webMethods or IBM ACE
Have good experience in creating automation frameworks/utilities/tools
Have exposure to creating custom components for the products
Have experience in Java, Python languages
Have managed a team of 5 to 10 people and experience providing technical guidance and help in trouble-shooting technical issues
Have good analytical skills
Have good communication and presentation skills
Have good stakeholder management skills
