Sr. Technical Analyst

Job Description

Responsiblities:

Design, develop and update software to implement new features, correct errors and improve functionality. Documentation.

Develop software validation procedures. Validate RTO features (Each feature is again separate application)

Verification and Validation of features comes with each version of RTO

Update for RTO.

Requirements:

7+ years of strong experience in ASP.NET , Visual studio, C#, MVC, Web API, Web Services, IIS

Validating Test Cases (Test Scripts) using Selenium.

Creating Documentation (Including job aids, support doc, Jira user stories)

Assist Project manager on weekly status Reports

GAP Analysis

Software Deployment flow

Gather feedback from Business users about the application

Work on enhancement request by Business users

Work on enhancement features (including creating mockup and wireframe demos)

Quarterly product enhancement and upgrade planning

Working with Legal team on Privacy requirements

Planning on purge and retention requirements, gathered from Privacy team.

Enhancements to Seat reservation

Validation of test designs, test processes, test cases and test data. Review the report of executed test cases, thereafter, analyze the results

Participate in walkthroughs of testing procedures. Prepare all reports related to application testing carried out.Ensure that all tested related work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures.(Load Testing, Performance Testing, Stress & Hot Spot Testing, System Testing,Concurrent User Testing)

Defect Tracking, Preparing Summary Reports.

Conducting Review Meetings within the Team

Software level - Using software applications and work on Update features based on enhancement request.
