Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fusion HCM Techno Functional Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM applications, with a focus on Core HR, Benefits, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, and Workforce Compensation modules. This role requires a blend of technical and functional expertise, along with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with global clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM applications, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Gather functional requirements, perform fit gap analysis, and provide solutions for Fusion HCM configurations.
  • Oversee integration methodologies and interfaces, including HDL, ASP.NET Web Services, AWS PaaS Integrations, and 3rd Party Integrations.
  • Develop and maintain Fast Formulae, Personalizations, Data Extracts, BIP Reports, Dashboards, and Redwood enablement.
  • Manage history data conversion and loading/migration processes.
  • Ensure security processes in Fusion Apps are effectively implemented and maintained.
  • Create comprehensive documentation including ASIS, Business Requirements gathering, Process Flows, Test Scenarios, User Manuals, and SOPs.
  • Write test cases/scripts/scenarios covering end to end business processes.
  • Utilize Software Testing and Change Management tools to track project progress.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients to ensure system functionality meets business needs.
  • Stay updated on Cloud Implementations, upgrades, and maintenance methodologies.
  • Implement coexistence scenarios between Fusion apps and other ERP applications, such as Oracle eBusiness Suite.
  • Work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients, both verbally and in writing.

Mandatory Skills

  • 10+ years of total experience with at least 7 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
  • Completion of at least 5 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Strong expertise in Requirement Gathering, analysis, and solution design.
  • In depth understanding of integration methodologies and interfaces.
  • Proficiency in Fast Formulae, Personalizations, Data Extracts, and BIP Reports.
  • Experience with Software Testing and Change Management tools.
  • Excellent Cerner Power Documentation and ability to create detailed project documentation.
  • Strong Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with global clients.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with coexistence scenarios between Fusion apps and other ERP applications.
  • Familiarity with US clientele and global project environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Oracle Fusion HCM certification is a plus
