Qualifications:

  • Experience with Omnissa Workspace One (AirWatch): Over 3 years of experience supporting Omnissa Workspace One (AirWatch) platform, specifically for MacOS, Android Enterprise, and iOS devices.
  • Device Management Expertise: Proficient in managing Workspace One infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and scalability across multiple platforms (MacOS, Android, iOS).
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM): Extensive experience deploying, managing, and supporting mobile and Apple MacBook devices using Workspace One.
  • Security & Compliance: Skilled in ensuring device patching compliance and maintaining up-to-date security protocols and software enhancements.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Strong ability to troubleshoot, monitor, and diagnose hardware and software issues related to Apple MacBooks, Android, and iOS devices.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Engineer for Omnissa Workspace One (AirWatch), you will play a pivotal role in managing and administering mobile devices, specifically focusing on Apple MacBook devices. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Device Compliance & Security: Oversee device patching compliance, ensuring that all devices remain secure and up to date with the latest security measures and software updates.
  • Software Deployment & Management: Manage the deployment and ongoing management of software applications across the Workspace One platform. This includes overseeing installation, monitoring performance, and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues on Apple MacBooks and mobile devices running Android, iOS, and MacOS.
  • Documentation & Process Management: Develop and maintain detailed operating procedures, device configuration guides, technical support protocols, and process documentation to ensure consistent and efficient management.
  • MDM Policy Management: Establish and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies on the Omnissa Workspace One (AirWatch) platform to ensure compliance and consistency across all devices.
  • Customer Service & Communication: Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth device management and support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for successful interactions and issue resolution.
