Core skills needed –
Supply chain experience is must to have 
·        Strong PM with Agile experience
· Retail Experience is needed (ideally in Store Systems Experience)
·        Ability to drive projects and hold people accountable – business & IT
·        Executive level presentation experience – ability to effectively manage up and manage down
·        Manage the details of a project while also managing executive level communication and expectations
·        Experience rolling out large programs across organization
·        Able to wear multiple hats
