Sr Sitecore Developer

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site core Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, customization, and maintenance of Sitecore solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with both Sitecore SaaS DXP (Digital Experience Platform) and Platform DXP.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Site core.
Design, develop, and implement custom Sitecore solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.
Configure and optimize Sitecore instances for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Integrate third-party systems and applications with Sitecore to ensure seamless functionality and data exchange.
Develop and maintain Site core templates, layouts, components, and workflows.
Implement best practices for Sitecore development, including coding standards, documentation, and version control.
Perform troubleshooting and debugging of Sitecore applications to identify and resolve technical issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Sitecore features, updates, and industry trends to improve our solutions continuously.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team.
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning meetings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Technical Skills:
Must have:
Proficiency in Site core CMS (Content Management System) development and customization.
Hands-on experience with Sitecore SaaS DXP and Platform DXP.
Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, C#, and .NET framework.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Familiarity with relational databases, preferably SQL Server.
Understanding of web services and API integration (REST, SOAP).
Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
Skills in JSS with React/Angular/Vue

Good to have:
Familiarity with Sitecore migration (versions 8 => 9 => 10), Sitecore ORMs, virtualization techniques such as Oracle VirtualBox, Vagrant, Docker
Sitecore web tracking, experience optimization, xConnect

Preferred Qualifications
Sitecore certification(s) such as Site core Certified Developer (SCD) or Site core Experience Solution Developer (SCS).
Experience with Azure cloud services and deployment.
Experience with personalization, marketing automation, and analytics in Sitecore.
Familiarity with other CMS platforms and digital experience technologies.
