  • Design, develop, and maintain Scripted REST APIs to enable integrations with external systems.
  • Ensure APIs are secure, efficient, and optimized for performance.

  • Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Policies:
  • Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies to automate business processes and enhance the user experience.
  • Follow best practices to ensure maintainable and scalable code.

  • App Engine Studio and Application Scopes:
  • Utilize App Engine Studio to build and manage custom applications in ServiceNow.
  • Develop within defined application scopes to ensure proper separation of data and functionality.

  • Flow Designer and Integration Hub Designer:
  • Build and automate workflows using Flow Designer and integrate systems with Integration Hub Designer.
  • Develop solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

  • Inbound Actions and Notifications:
  • Configure Inbound Actions to handle incoming emails and automate responses.
  • Design and manage notifications within the ServiceNow platform for various business processes.
  •  
  • Update Sets and Best Practices:
  • Manage Update Sets to ensure that development work is tracked correctly and promoted across environments.
  • Follow ServiceNow development best practices, including modular development, adherence to governance policies, and reusable code patterns.
  •  
  • JavaScript Expertise:
  • Leverage JavaScript for server-side and client-side scripting in ServiceNow to develop complex functionalities.
  • Write efficient, maintainable, and secure code using JavaScript.
  •  
  • Mandatory Skillsets:
  • CAD (Certified Application Development) and CSA (Certified System Administration).
  • ServiceNow Development: Proven experience with Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
