Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager with a strong background in IT delivery to oversee and expand our operations in Italy. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing application and infrastructure projects, working with global teams, and handling senior stakeholders across multi-country environments. This role offers the potential to grow into a Country Head position based on performance and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery Management: Oversee the existing IT delivery operations in Italy, managing a portfolio worth approximately $15M.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior stakeholders, both locally and globally, to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with global and multi-country teams to ensure seamless delivery across geographies.
- Growth Target: While primarily a delivery role, the position includes growth targets as part of the Key Responsibility Areas (KRA). You will be responsible for expanding delivery operations, increasing revenue, and contributing to business growth.
- Client Interaction: Regular travel within Italy is required to meet existing and potential clients, ensuring strong relationships and exploring new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in application and infrastructure project management.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
- Experience working with global/multi-country teams.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of delivering results and expanding operations.
- Fluency in both Italian and English is essential.
- Willingness to travel within Italy.
