Sr. SCRUM MASTER

Job Duties: Analyze and evaluate clients existing software, integrate object server systems and information technology needs for functional clarity to coordinate for the project stakeholders; Set up standards and processes in place that can be flowed across multiple technology teams, using a project management tool like JIRA. Groom the backlog to facilitate planning of sprints; Perform performance tuning, optimization and testing of software and database business systems analysis report as well as provide user training for developed systems; Develop roadmaps, metrics and reports for technical task breakdown and task allocation, and organize technical/process reviews for acceptance for deliverables produced by the team; Troubleshoot of update the programs to form a basis for the solution of information processing problem, and partner closely with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) team throughout UAT process

Requirement: Master’s degree in computer science, or directly related field.
