Sr SAP S4 Hana Developer

The Sr SAP S/4 HANA Developer is responsible SAP S/4 HANA development and architecture, with a strong focus on technical solutions and system integration. In this role you will be responsible for driving technical excellence, innovation, coaching and mentoring the SAP S/4 HANA Developers. Given our global presence, this role requires effective collaboration with teams in the US and Europe.
Job Experience Requirements:
•            Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP development, with 2 years of working  experience in SAP S/4 HANA environment.
•            Proficiency in ABAP, CDS Views, OData, and other SAP development tools.
•            Experience working with global teams, particularly in the US and Europe.
•            Excellent organizational, collaboration, and time-management skills.
•            Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
•            SAP S4HANA Transformation project
•            Agile and Scrum methodologies
•            Strong verbal and written communication
•            Experience leading an ABAP team

Job Responsibilities:
•            Lead the design, develop, and implement SAP S/4 HANA technical solutions.
•            Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the US and Europe to ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4 HANA and other enterprise systems.
•            Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies to enhance system efficiency and performance.
•            Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
