Sr SAP Embedded Analytics Report Developer

Responsibilities:
•     Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
•     Identify, interpret, validate, and document client requirements.
•     Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
•     Design, develop, and maintain real-time analytical reports and dashboards within SAP S/4HANA using SAP Query Analyzer, Fiori, and CDS views.
•     Customize, configure, and test SAP analytics solutions.
•     Identify gaps, issues, and work-around solutions.
•     Act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
•     Collaborate with developers and end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
•     Delegate tasks to junior consultants and oversee their progress.
•     Maintain and update system documentation for SAP analytics applications.
•     Conduct regular system audits to ensure performance and functionality.
•     Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP analytics systems.
•     Keep up-to-date with SAP releases, enhancements, and new functionality.
•     Provide guidance and mentorship to junior SAP consultants.

Qualifications:
•     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•     Proven experience as an SAP Embedded Analytics Report Developer or similar role.
•     Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Query Analyzer, SAP Fiori, and CDS views.
•     Proficiency in developing real-time analytical reports and dashboards within SAP environments.
•     Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•     Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•     Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•     Certification in SAP Analytics is a plus
