Description

  • Building user profiles permission sets and groups
  • Ability to articulate why you would build a process in Salesforce and how to business stakeholders and other counterparts in IT
  • Able to troubleshoot and reverse engineer when flows do not work as expected or users experience in the system does not align with trained process
  • Experience with configuring Sales Cloud specific functionality
  • Familiarity with deploying change sets and managing change in complex environments

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates the implementation and support of Salesforce modules to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction Designs configures and tests various Salesforce Modules
  • Analyzes the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend develop solutions to meet the clients need
  • Carries out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
