• Typically requires a minimum of 13+ years of related experience
• At least 8+ years of work experience in Salesforce development projects and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform. 
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Experience cloud (community cloud) implementations. 
• 8+ years of experience in design and developing enterprise Integration solutions using standard, SOAP and RESTFUL Services. 
• Strong understanding of relational databases and object-oriented coding. 
• Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code using Apex, SOQL, Apex Triggers. 
• Strong understanding of both administrator and developer areas of the Force.com platform, knows when to use admin vs dev solutions. 
• Knowledge about Security models and techniques within the salesforce.com environment. 
• Experience on developing custom Lightning Components using Aura and Lightning Web Components. 4+ years of hands-on experience on LWC development is must.
• Experience with Sales and Service Cloud, Case Management process. 
• Experience in UI frameworks such as jQuery, JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript. 
• Experience in SFDX, CI/CD tools (GitHub, Microsoft Azure DevOps etc.) 
• Experience working with Visual Studio code and source version control tool like Git. 
• Experience with agile methodologies. 
• Force.com certifications - Administrator, Developer, Advanced Developer, Architect (Nice to have)
