We are looking for Senior Salesforce Admin who are comfortable with below job responsibilities. Please let me know if you are interested to work on following job duties
- Engage with customers, key decision makers via phone calls or in-person meetings to support sales in scoping new deals or assist active projects in overcoming hurdles and moving forward
- Identify opportunities and prescribe solutions that enable our customers to increase their Salesforce ROI by leveraging the platform to improve their employee and customer experiences
- Analyze customer business requirements and translate into technical requirements
- Work independently or as part of a team to deliver Salesforce solutions for customers using Sales cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing cloud and Force.com platform
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers
- Partner with our development team to take clients beyond Salesforces declarative capabilities
- Provide remote training and support
- Also should have experience with Lightning Platform
- New Salesforce Lightning Experience
