About the Role:

We are looking for an accomplished Sales Consultant to lead our product sales initiatives across domestic and international markets. This is a high-impact role where you will not only drive enterprise sales but also contribute to shaping our sales strategy in collaboration with the co-founder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure – targeting enterprise clients internationally. (Hunting and Farming)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies in partnership with the leadership team to expand market reach.
  • Work directly with the co-founder to align sales initiatives with business goals and explore new growth opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business in US, Middle East, Europe, and APAC markets through strategic outreach and partnerships.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their challenges and positioning our solutions effectively.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and customized proposals to C-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, tech, delivery) to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate revenue forecasts.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product sales, with a proven track record in domestic and international markets.
  • Prior experience in Logistics, BFSI, or Healthcare is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic selling skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and engage with senior executives.
  • Experience in international markets (US, Middle East, Europe, APAC) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with OCR, automation, or AI-driven platforms is advantageous.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment.
