  • Detail Knowledge on Coding & testing of required Automation modules
  • Good communication skills and documentation skills
  • Create and maintain documentation related to Robotic Process Automation projects: Process Mapping, business requirements, functional & technical specifications, proposals, go-live release notes, package deployment and administration
  • Perform quality assurance tests for all developments before their go-live
  • Should have exposure in estimation techniques and requirements gathering
  • Prepare reports based monitoring of runs for RPA software.
  • Follow Incident Management and Change management process for RPA implementation andsupport services – Break-fix; Triage etc.
  • Perform troubleshooting for RPA implementations
  • Respond to service tickets and incident tickets in a timely manner
