Job Description

·         Talent Sourcing: Proactively source, attract, and engage top IT talent using various platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, etc.) to build a strong candidate pipeline.
 

·         Recruitment Strategy: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
 

·         Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screening, technical assessments, and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
 

·         End-to-End Management: Handle the full recruitment cycle, from job postings, sourcing, and screening to offer negotiations and onboarding.
 

·         Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and alignment throughout the hiring process.
 

·         Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws, company policies, and data privacy regulations.
 

·         Candidate Experience: Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
 

·         Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with the latest IT recruitment trends, market insights, and salary benchmarks to provide guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
 

·         Reporting & Metrics: Maintain recruitment databases and provide regular updates on hiring status, recruitment KPIs, and pipeline progress.
 

·         Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
 


 

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of IT recruitment experience
     
  • Collaborate and work with Singapore/ Malaysia or a similar region.
     
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and recruitment tools.
     
  • Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment.
     
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
     
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
