Sr. Quality Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Quality Automation Engineer with a passion for software quality and automation to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the automation testing efforts, ensuring the highest quality of software, and driving continuous improvement in the testing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, automate tests, and ensure the seamless execution of automated test suites across various platforms and environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using modern testing frameworks and tools. Drive the automation testing strategy across the team and ensure seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines. Perform functional, regression, performance, and API testing to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Analyze test results, identify issues, and collaborate with development teams for timely resolution. Improve and optimize existing test automation frameworks, ensuring robustness and efficiency. Mentor and guide junior automation engineers to enhance team capabilities. Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to support product delivery. Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test execution reports. Ensure adherence to industry best practices and automation standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in Automation Testing and leading automation initiatives. Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, and other test automation tools. Expertise in Java, C#, or other programming languages used for test automation. Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.) for continuous testing. Familiarity with API testing (REST, SOAP). Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to work in Agile teams. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to mentor and collaborate with team members to improve the overall quality of products.
