Job Description
Responsibilities:
As an Sr. QA Tester you are responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software products through challenging testing procedures. As a senior member of the QA team, collaborate closely with developers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
 Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify software defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
 Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
 Coordinate testing activities across multiple projects, including prioritizing tasks, assigning work to team members, and monitoring progress.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
 Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements and quality enhancements.
 Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software testing, and share knowledge with the team.
 Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
 Collaborate with the Team Leads/Manager to establish and enforce QA standards, policies, and procedures.

Skills Required:
 Min. 4+ years of hands-on QA testing
 Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
 Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
 Solid knowledge of defect tracking systems and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
 Ability to analyze requirements and technical specifications to create effective test cases.
 Experience with Agile development methodologies.
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
 Willingness and ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies.
 Effectively work with cross-functional teams/stakeholders in an international and fast-moving environment
 Strong testing skills, result-oriented paired with highly structured working style and good sense of responsibility, flexibility, and team player
 Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills to address technical and non-technical audiences in English.
 Strong will to pursue a problem, identify the source, and propose possible solutions in collaboration with other team members in a timely manner.
 Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a (related field)
