Sr. QA Engineer Lead

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.
Create and maintain automated test scripts for regression testing.
Work closely with developers to identify and resolve software defects.
Collaborate with product managers to ensure that software meets business requirements.
Continuously improve our testing processes and methodologies.
Identify opportunities to enhance software quality and provide feedback to development teams.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure all stakeholders know testing progress and results.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to overall software development best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium,Cucumber,Api testing,postman,performance testing, etc.
Have mastered with programming languages in Python (Mandatory).
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills
Must have ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Must have experience with Agile software development methodologies is a plus.
