Job Duties :
Under limited supervision, lead QA team that develops and executes complex testing plans; coordinate and oversee STLC; serve as SME; assist project manager with adherence to budget and schedule; gather and analyze business requirements, write data requirements and develop test plan/coverage, cases and scenarios; liaise between IT and business teams on testing status and activities; implement QA methodologies; create and stage test data; conduct test scenarios and test case walkthrough with IT project team and business team; develop scripts to automate tests; plan test schedules; coordinate functional system integration, regression and security testing; conduct and monitor performance and load tests; produce ETL data for mapping rules to test graphs; create SQL queries for data creation and integrity; assist team to log, review and analyze defects, perform analysis, determine required changes and forward results to development team; coordinate retesting and regression testing after the defects are resolved to prepare for implementation; mentor/assist and train less experienced team members; and use Unix, Windows, Oracle, SOA, SQL Developer, Informatica, SQL, RQM, HP ALM, HP Performance Center, Java, C++, JUnit, Ruby Watir, Version One, CVS, JIRA, Rational Clear Quest, DevTrack and related tools.
Minimum Qualifications Education :
Master degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, Business Administration in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
Experience : Three (3) years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineers and Testers, Software Developer, Programmer, Systems Analyst or in a related occupation;
Other Requirements :
Experience must include three (3) years of work with HP ALM, HP Performance Center, Rational Clear Quest and RQM; must be willing to relocate
