Description

  • 7-10 years of web development experience with Python 3.7, Django, and Flask
  • Strong front-end development skills with React JS (preferably v14+), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Expertise connecting web applications to backend databases: SQL (Postgres/MySQL) and NoSQL (Snowflake preferred)
  • Proficient with Python development tools (VS Code/Anaconda), Git/Bitbucket, and Python unit testing frameworks
  • Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures (Pandas/DataFrames), and writing clean, maintainable code
  • Experience implementing multi-threading, concurrency, and custom server-side modules in Python
  • Skilled with Object-Relational Mapping using SQLAlchemy or similar frameworks
  • Experience developing and deploying Python web applications on AWS Cloud platform
  • Knowledgeable in deploying web apps on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
  • (Nice to have) Experience with application caching, DuckDB, and Apache Arrow in Python web applications
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills
  • Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and tools such as JIRA
