AIFA India, a frontrunner in AI-powered solutions, is looking for a Data Scientist/Data Engineer/Senior Python Developer. This role is crucial in developing and implementing data strategies that enhance our cutting-edge web applications, enabling businesses across sectors to leverage the full potential of AI and ML.

What You'll Do
 

Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and storage solutions

Apply advanced statistical techniques and machine learning models to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions

Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends and technologies in data science, machine learning, and Python development

Contribute to the improvement of data governance, data quality, and data integration practices

Participate in peer code reviews and share knowledge to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, or Python development

Strong proficiency in Python and its data-related libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.)

Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions

Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and their real-world application

Solid understanding of SQL and experience with relational and non-relational databases

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate remotely and in person
