Description

We’re looking for a highly skilled Windchill Programmer/Configuration Analyst to help us scale and optimize our PLM systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to configure Windchill modules, solve complex business challenges, and drive innovation in product lifecycle management.

What You’ll Do

Configure and maintain Windchill modules: Doc Mgmt., Change Control, Non-Conformance, CAPA, Complaints, Audits, PLM, Supplier Controls, Thingworx

Manage ACLs and perform advanced configuration tasks

Write functional requirements and develop test cases

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

Operate within PTC’s SaaS infrastructure

Use SVN and JIRA for version control and issue tracking

Customize workflows, lifecycles, and forms using JavaScript and Windchill APIs

Develop listeners, data utilities, validators, business rules, and filters

Apply Windchill debugger and SQL knowledge to troubleshoot and optimize performance

Train and mentor team members on Windchill best practices

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience configuring and programming Windchill

Strong ACL management and customization expertise

Proficiency in JavaScript; SQL familiarity preferred

Experience with SVN and JIRA

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with multiple Windchill modules and Thingworx integration

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Strong customer satisfaction orientation

Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration skills

Passion for educating and enabling others
