Sr. Product Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and align the product roadmap to strategic goals.
- Engage with the Agile development team in defining and maintaining Product Backlog epics.
- Inform business decisions by drafting key objectives and results, strategies.
- Partner with product management and senior management to adjust the product to fit the company portfolio.
- Communicate the business' product needs to technologists, internal and external business partners.
- Articulate the value proposition to clients, internal and external business partners, and key stakeholders.
- Research and analyze product roadmap, market, and users.
- Advocate for and broaden team understanding of Agile methods, knowledge of new technologies and trends.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, with the last 5 years as a Product Manager with in-depth knowledge of agile process and principles.
- Must have experience in product vs strategy and execution, Google Analytics, Aha tool, healthcare (Payor side), digital tools and backend technology.
- SAFe certification is mandatory.
- Must have experience in leading strategic and innovation idea creation and implementation.
- AI experience is a plus.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities, deadlines, and workloads.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are required
