Sr. Product Manager

Education:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
· An MBA or certifications in Business Analysis, Product Management, or related disciplines are preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
· Deep knowledge of banking and financial products, with a focus on digital innovation and user-centric solutions.
· Strong expertise in product lifecycle management, strategic planning, and Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
· Proficiency in Agile tools, including Jira and Confluence, along with project management applications.
· Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups effectively.
Experience:
· Minimum of 8 years in product management or business analysis roles, with significant experience in banking/financial services.
· Background in top-tier consulting firms or similar environments is highly desirable.
· Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end product development cycles in high-impact, fast-paced environments.
Language requirements
· Bilingual (Arabic/English) preferred
