Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design for multiple features and projects, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions by identifying and solving meaningful user challenges.
  • Conduct user research and feedback sessions to validate, refine, and iterate on designs.
  • Leverage analytics and data insights to make informed, user-centered design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure the highest quality implementation of designs.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers through constructive feedback and skill development.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration with teams, peers, and stakeholders to align on vision and execution.

 

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of relevant design experience with 2+ years in designing B2C products
  • Proficiency in prototyping tools like Figma and working with design systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end UX/UI solutions for mobile applications
