Description

We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for:

· Perform advanced-level technical duties requiring independent judgment and analysis

· Be able to document code and utilize source code to create and maintain a clean history of code changes.

· Participate in architecture, implementation, design, administration, maintenance, documentation, and support of the Oracle EBS application stack.

· Design, test, and implement PL/SQL packages to handle custom business logic.

· Troubleshoot integration issues between Oracle EBS and third-party systems.

· Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

· Participate in and coordinate the gathering of business requirements for application development.

· Create test scripts to validate that new functionality meets business requirements.

· Refactor legacy custom code to improve maintainability and performance.

· Provide on-call support during critical business periods (month-end, year-end).

· Triage and support of incident & break-fix tickets with business partners and stakeholders.

· Research, evaluate, monitor, and recommend emerging technology of beneficial data technologies.

· Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or equivalent.

· Five (5) plus years of software development experience preferred.

· Working knowledge in Oracle E-Business Suite 12 or higher, Oracle ERP applications development with an emphasis on workflows, interfaces, and other technical functions

· Technical proficiency in Oracle Forms, Oracle JDeveloper, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow Builder, PL/SQL, SQL*Plus, SQL*Loader, API’s

· Must effectively interface with peers, employees, management, and customers within the organization.

· Must exhibit the ability to understand a wide range of business processes.

· Must exhibit a high proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

· Familiarity with Oracle Apex development.

· Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle Oracle application development projects from requirements gathering through implementation and support.

· Demonstrated ability to understand complex business processes across multiple domains (Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, etc.)

· Experience integrating Oracle EBS with third-party applications, such as MES, PLM, HCM, etc
