Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Network Monitoring Tools Administrator with extensive experience in administering enterprise-grade network monitoring tools and a strong understanding of network infrastructure fundamentals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automation, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to operate in a complex global networking environment.

Candidates need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience administering network monitoring tools in a large enterprise environment.
  • In-depth understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, MPLS, BGP, etc.).
  • Strong troubleshooting experience with SNMP, NetFlow, alerts, and dashboards.
  • Proficient in Linux environments (RHEL, Ubuntu).
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow and Event Management platforms.

Preferred Skill:

  • Experience with Broadcom/CA Spectrum, CA Performance Management, and CA Network Flow Analysis.
  • Familiarity with Riverbed NetIM, NetProfiler, and IBM SevOne NPM.
  • REST API scripting and automation experience.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
  • ITIL certification or equivalent service management experience.
  • Prior experience in the airline industry or related technologies.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and project lifecycle
