Sr. .NET Developer / Tech Lead

About the Role:
This position is perfect for a seasoned full-stack developer with strong leadership skills and a passion for building scalable, secure, and cloud-native applications. You’ll be working with .NET (including .NET 8), modern front-end frameworks, and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP), while leading development teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop cloud-based, data-driven applications using .NET 8
Lead technical direction and mentor .NET developers
Manage Agile ceremonies and project lifecycles (Scrum/Kanban)
Conduct code reviews, participate in architecture planning, and ensure security best practices
Collaborate with UX/UI, QA, Product, DevOps, and Salesforce teams
Maintain SQL Server databases (T-SQL, stored procedures, optimization)
Support legacy system modernization and reusable component development
Contribute to strategic reporting, dashboards, and executive updates

Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience with C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, and SQL
Strong hands-on knowledge of MS SQL Server and T-SQL performance tuning
5+ years managing development projects using Agile/Waterfall
3+ years working with Azure-based projects and project tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
Familiarity with Git/GitHub, TFS, CI/CD pipelines

Preferred/Bonus Skills:
Salesforce (Apex, LWC) and middleware tools (Boomi, MuleSoft)
Experience handling PII data and security protocols
Exposure to AI technologies and legacy system modernization
Understanding of user-centered design (UX/UI) principles

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
