- Top Skills and Experience Required: More than 5 years of experience in .NET CORE 3.1 or higher, C#, REST  interfaces, SQL, Agile/SCRUM processes, GIT code repository software, unit and regression tests development, and 3+ years of experience in developing code for users to upload documents from a website.
- Job Description: The candidate will work as a Programmer Analyst for the Department of Technology, Management and Bweb serviceudget (DTMB) on a project for the Department of Health and Human Services. The job entails writing and testing code for the Adoption Records Information Management System (ARIMS) web application in an agile environment.
