Sr MuleSoft Developer

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with Analyst Programmers, Platform Leaders, Project Managers, Architects, and Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Design applications in detail based on business requirements.
• Develop production-quality executable code (including documentation on the WIKI) for user interfaces, business processes, domain objects, etc.
• Validate code quality through walkthroughs, code reviews, and unit tests.
• Create and maintain database scripts.
• Provide third-level support for existing applications.
• Manage production incidents and problems.
• Develop application build and deployment scripts or configurations.
• Contribute across development teams to enhance capability in tools, frameworks, experience, collaboration, and strategy development.
• Ensure secure application design and development practices are followed.
• Work with vendors and other third-party providers.
• Report on tasks, risks, and issues at various organizational levels.
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals and delivering the agreed-upon solution.
• Ensure adequate testing coverage and adherence to quality standards, including non-functional requirements.
• Align deliverables with supportability and maintainability guidelines.
• Work independently and manage your workload effectively.
• Proactively embrace new challenges and upskill in unfamiliar technologies.
• Maintain a client-focused approach and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3–4+ years of experience with MuleSoft ESB.
• Certifications: MCD Level 1 (Mandatory), MCIA Level 1 (Desirable).
• Hands-on experience in Mule 4.x (highly desirable).
• Proficiency in Mulesoft DataWeave scripting.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with previous Mule versions is valued.
• Strong system implementation skills.
• Flexible attitude to meet required outcomes.

Desirable Skills and Certifications:

• IBM MQ experience.
• Salesforce experience/certification.
• Java experience/certification.
• ITIL experience/certification.
• Mainframe experience.
