Detailed JD for Support Tech Lead position:-

10+yrs of experience in Implementation and support project.

Hands-on experience in Design Solutions that involve Dynamics customization to include server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies and plug-ins.

Should have strong development skills using JavaScript, Custom workflows, Plug-ins, SDKs and Customizations, C# programming language.

Collaborate with Scrum master and team for sprint delivery as per commitment.

Experience in performing complex application development projects on the Microsoft stack.

Hands-on experience in Sales, Service Module .

Experienced and fluent in Power Automate Flow.

Knowledge on SSIS.

Experience in configuring and deploying business functionality using Microsoft Dynamics on Cloud. Resource should be comfortable designing and deploying solutions.

Should be able to do impact analysis and support metrics
