We are seeking an experienced Shopify Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing Shopify websites, with at least 6 years of experience in the field. As a Shopify Developer, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining Shopify-based solutions to meet our clients' e-commerce needs. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end design with back-end functionality.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Shopify-based websites and applications.
  • Customize Shopify themes and templates to meet client requirements.
  • Integrate third-party apps and plugins as needed to enhance site functionality.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure the seamless integration of front-end design with
  • back-end functionality.
  • Perform regular site maintenance and updates, including troubleshooting and bug fixes.
  • Optimize site performance and ensure a smooth user experience across all devices.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in Shopify development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Shopify development.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify's API and platform capabilities.
  • Experience customizing Shopify themes and templates.
  • Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Shopify Plus certification.
  • Experience with other e-commerce platforms such as Magento or WooCommerce.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
