Sr. Lead Java Full Stack Developer

Must-Have:
· Overall 14+ Years experience.
· Hands-on lead experience minimum 5+ Years.
· Experience with Azure cloud platforms and services.
· Required Technology Stack: Java, React, NoSQL (Cassandra / MongoDB), Kafka, Azure.
· Need candidates only from EST & CST.
· Prior experience in the retail or e-commerce domain is highly desirable.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Java Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Leading, developing and maintaining full-stack applications using Java, React, NoSQL databases (Cassandra/MongoDB), Kafka, and Azure. The candidate should have a strong background in the retail or e-commerce domain and be passionate about building high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
· Leading a on-shore / off-shore team, Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and React.
· Implement and manage NoSQL databases, particularly Cassandra and MongoDB.
· Integrate and manage messaging systems using Apache Kafka.
· Develop and deploy applications on Microsoft Azure.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
· Ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications.

Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Lead Full Stack Developer.
· Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Framework.
· Extensive experience with front-end technologies, specifically React.js.
· Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases like Cassandra and MongoDB.
· Experience with Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps and related services.
